Doodle dog breeds have become extremely popular nowadays. You have probably seen them all over the internet or maybe a friend who has one. Doodles are the crossbreed dogs that everyone needs to own at least once in their life. Doodles have the best physical characteristics!
If you know somebody with a doodle, I’m sure they will fill you in with how fantastic the dog is. Doodles are a very trainable, loving, and brilliant breed, you will not be disappointed! Most importantly, they have acquired the best hereditary genes, making them hypoallergenic and non-shedding.
Aussiedoodle
There is no question why this breed is considered something extraordinary. The Aussiedoodle is a cross between the loyal and playful Australian Shepard and the elegant, intelligent Poodle. The Aussiedoodle (also sometimes called an Aussiepoodle or Aussiepoo) has both brains and beauty. The Aussiedoodle makes an excellent therapy dog because of its ability to connect with humans. This breed is very energetic and always ready to play, which makes them an ideal family dog.
Whoodle
The Whoodle (often called a Wheatendoodle, Wheatenpoo, Sweatendoodle, or Sweatenpoo) is a mixed breed dog between the soft-coated Wheaten Terrier and Poodle dog breeds. The Whoodle is very playful, friendly, and active, which was inherited from the parents.
These adorable canines are brilliant and friendly dogs; you won’t be able to stop showing off the dog to your friends and family. They are often very headstrong, so you must stand up and demonstrate that you are in charge.
Bernedoodle
The Bernedoodle mix is between the Bernese Mountain Dog and a Standard Poodle, but a miniature poodle is often used to produce a smaller dog. The main focus of this cross is to try and get a Bernese Mountain Dog type with enchanting natures of both breeds that don’t shed or drool as much and live longer. This breed is brilliant and playful, but that isn’t the best thing about the breed.
In theory, the Bernedoodle can be a first cross (with one Bernese Mountain Dog and one poodle parent) and can be bred back to one of the original breeds or be two Bernedoodles together. In reality, this is a rare cross and usually a first cross (F1).
Goldendoodle
Goldendoodles are a very high affectionate crossbreed between the Poodle (or miniature Poodle for smaller size) and a Golden Retriever. The Goldendoodle is known for its intelligence and loyalty to its humans. One of the biggest reasons the Goldendoodle is famous is its affectionate nature and beautiful hypoallergenic coat.
You can get a Goldendoodle in either a smaller miniature size or a larger standard size; whatever one you get will crave human interaction. You will absolutely adore them!
Conclusion
As you can see, there are plenty of beautiful members of the Doodle family, but some are much rarer than others. Doodles are great for first-time dog owners because they are active and playful. All types of doodles are great family dogs and relatively easy to train if you are willing to put in the time and effort necessary and do it correctly. They are hypoallergenic, too, making them an excellent choice for people who usually suffer from animal allergies.
The most important thing to keep in mind if you’re thinking about getting any type of doodle is that it needs to be able to live life comfortably in your home. If you live in a small apartment, there is no point in getting a massive Goldendoodle as you will both be very uncomfortable, and the dog will likely get bored and exhibit bad behavior.
